摘　　要：分析了自动生产流水线输送链上U形附板的结构特点,对其结构、冲压加工工艺进行改进,介绍了改进后弯曲模具结构特点及设计。实践证明改进后产品质量稳定,满足客户要求,大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。The structural characteristics of the U - shaped plate on the conveyor chain for the automatic production assembly line were analyzed. The structure and punching process were improved. Meanwhile, the improved structure feature and design of the bending die were introduced. Practice shows that the stability of the product quality and the production efficiency were increased and the production cost was reduced as well with the improved structure and process, which satisfy the requirements of the customers.
