摘　　要：以苯丙乳液为基料,用正交实验法对颜填料进行了优化,制备出一种由多种隔热机理同时起作用的复合型隔热涂料,探讨了颜填料的配比对隔热涂料导热系数的影响关系,测试了产品的导热系数、粘结强度、附着力、耐酸碱性等性能,并比较了经高温处理前后涂料粘结强度的变化。A thermal insulation coatings has been developed based on styrene -acrylic emulsion as binder, which showed various thermal insulation mechanism. Pigments and fillers were selected orthogonal experiment. The influence of the ratio of pigments and fillers on thermal conductivity were discussed. Performance such as thermal conductivity, bond strength, adhesion, and acid / alkaline resistance were tested. Additionally, the bond strength of thermal insulation coatings before and after heat treatment were compared.
