摘  要:以改性硅溶胶为无机组分,双酚A型环氧丙烯酸酯为有机组分,制备了UV固化环氧丙烯酸酯/SiO2杂化涂料。研究了改性硅溶胶制备条件及其用量对杂化涂料机械性能的影响,并用FT-IR和TG对固化膜进行了表征。结果表明改性硅溶胶能够同时提高体系的硬度和柔韧性,当n(MPTMS)∶n(HCl)∶n(TEOS)为0.75∶0.024∶1、改性硅溶胶与环氧丙烯酸酯的质量比为30∶70时,涂膜机械性能最佳。TG分析结果表明改性硅溶胶的加入可以明显提高环氧丙烯酸酯的热稳定性。The title UV -curable epoxy acrylate resin/SiO2 hybrid coating was prepared based on the modified silica sols as inorganic component and bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin as organic component. The effects of the preparation conditions and content of modified silica sol on mechanical properties of hybrid coatings film were studied. The hybrid coatings film were characterized by FT - IR and TGA. The results indicated that modified silica sol can improve hardness and flexibility of the hybrid coating. The mechanical properties of cured films was the best when the mole ratio of MPTMS/HCI/TEOS was 0.75: 0. 024:1 and the mass ratio of modified silica sol to epoxy acrylate resin was 30: 70. The TG results demonstrated that the thermal stability of cured film was improved significantly by incorporation of modified silica sol.
