摘 要:环氧聚氨酯(ER/PU)涂层具有良好的电绝缘性、耐腐蚀性以及与金属基体的附着力,能够有效地阻挡或缓解Cl-,NO3-,SO24-,H2O和O2等对镁合金基材的侵蚀,提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性能。为此,采用附着力、铅笔硬度测试,浸泡、失重法、盐雾及电化学试验等方法研究了聚氨酯(PU)涂层及环氧聚氨酯(ER/PU)涂层对镁合金的腐蚀保护效果及机理。结果表明,2种涂层体系都显著提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,与基材附着良好、且硬度高,但后者效果更好。Epoxy resin-polyurethane ( ER/PU) coating has high isolation and good anti-corrosion behavior and adhesion to metal substrate, hence it is effective in increasing the corrosion resistance of Mg alloy substrate by preventing it from corrosive anions such as Cl- , NO3- , and SO24- and H,0 and O2 as well. Thus the corro-sion protection function of PU and ER/PU coatings for Mg alloy and their corrosion-resistant mechanism were investigated by making use of adhesion force measurement, hardness test with pencil, immersion test, weight-loss test, neutral salt-spray test, and electrochemical test. Results indicate that the two types of coatings were able to greatly improve the anti-corrosion properties of Mg alloy, and ER/PU coating was superior to PU coating in terms of the corrosion resistance. At the same time, they had high hardness and were well adhered to the Mg alloy substrate.
