摘  要:稀土作磷化促进剂,稳定性好,有利于环保,有利于提高磷化效率和质量。在磷化液中加入不同稀土(Re)氯化物,探讨了其对6061铝合金磷化膜膜重的影响。利用SEM和XRD观测了磷化膜晶粒的形貌和粒径。结果表明:适量(10~50 mg/L)稀土离子的加入使得磷化膜膜重增加,晶粒细化,在此范围内Re含量越大、Re离子半径越大,则膜重越大。而当稀土含量超过60 mg/L时,反而不利于磷化膜的生成,磷化膜膜重减轻。Different rare earth ( RE) chlorides were added into phosphating solution to increase phosphating efficiency and improve the quality of the coating. The effect of the rare earth chlorides on the grain size and weight of phosphating coating on 6061 Al alloy was investiga-ted. The morphology and grain size of the phosphating coatingwere analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X -ray diffraction. Results show that the introduction of RE chlorides at a concentration of 10~50 mg/L was helpful to increasing the weight and refining the grains of the phosphating coating. And higher content of RE chlorides within this concentration range and bigger radius of RE ions favored the formation and growth of the phosphating coating. However, RE chlorides added at a too high concentration ( more than 60 mg/L) were harmful to the formation and growth of the phosphate coating.
