胆酸钠滴眼液抗单疱病毒抗炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胆酸钠滴眼液的抗单疱病毒、抗炎作用。方法:分别采用损伤合并HSV-1感染建立家兔单疱病毒性角膜炎(HSK)模型、巴豆油刺激家兔眼结膜建立家兔急性结膜炎和混合致炎剂涂抹小鼠耳廓建立小鼠耳肿胀动物模型来观察胆酸钠滴眼液的抗病毒和抗炎疗效。结果:胆酸钠滴眼液明显减轻了家兔HSK和急性结膜炎的病变程度,缩短治愈时间;显著地抑制了小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论:胆酸钠滴眼液具有良好的抗HSV-1和抗炎作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-HSV and anti-inflammation effect of sodium cholate eye drops. METHODS The therapeutic effects of sodium cholate eye drops on HSK model induced by the combination of injury and HSV-1, acute conjunctivitis model induced by croton oil in rabbits and ear swelling induced by inflammation inducer in mice were studied re- spectively. RESULTS Sodium cholate eye drops significantly reduced pathological changes of HSK and acute conjunctivitis in rabbits, and depressed the ear swelling in mice. CONCLUSION Sodium cholate eye drops show promising effects of anti-HSV and anti-inflammation.
