还原型谷胱甘肽片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察还原型谷胱甘肽片用于治疗慢性乙肝的效果。方法:将210例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗A～F组和对照组共7个组,每组30例。治疗A组给予还原型谷胱甘肽片0.2gtid治疗,治疗B组给予还原型谷胱甘肽片0.4gtid治疗,治疗C组给予维肝福泰片1.2gtid治疗,治疗D组给予还原型谷胱甘肽片0.2gtid+维肝福泰片1.2gtid治疗,治疗E组给予还原型谷胱甘肽片0.4gtid+维肝福泰片1.2gtid治疗,治疗F组给予还原型谷胱甘肽针1.2g+甘草酸二铵针150mg,静脉滴注,qd,对照组给予维生素C片100mgtid、肌苷片200mgtid等基础治疗。所有组别均治疗14d,观察治疗前后症状、体征和肝功能变化情况。结果:所有治疗组的疗效均明显好于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗B组和D组的疗效优于治疗A组(P<0.05),治疗E组的疗效优于治疗B组(P<0.05)。治疗A组和治疗C组,治疗E组和治疗F组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:还原型谷胱甘肽片在治疗慢性乙肝方面具有很好的疗效,使用小剂量0.2gtid即能取得与维肝福泰等降酶护肝口服药相同的效果,如果使用较大剂量0.4gtid或与维肝福泰等降酶护肝口服药联用能取得更好的效果,联用时与还原型谷胱甘肽注射剂联用甘草酸二铵注射剂的效果相当。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of reduced glutathione tablet on treating chronic hepatitis B. METHODS The 210 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 7 groups, group A to F being treatment groups and group G being control group. There were 30 patients in every group. Patients in group A were treated with reduced glutathione tablet 0. 2 g tid, patients in group B were treated with reduced glutathione tablet 0. 2 g tid, patients in group B were treated with re- duced glutathione tablet 0. 2 g tid, patients in group C were treated with Weigan Futai tablet 1.2 g tid, patients in group D were treated with reduced glutathione tablet 0. 2 g tid and Weigan Futai tablet 1.2 g tid, patients in group E were treated with reduced glutathione tablet 0. 4 g tid and Weigan Futai tablet 1.2 g tid, patients in group F were treated with reduced glutathi- one injection 1.2 g iv dr ip qd and diammoniurn gtycyrrhizinate injection 150 mg iv drip qd, and patients in control group were treated with Vit C tablet 100 mg rid and carnine tablet 200 mg tid. All the patients were treated for 14 days, and their syrup toms, signs and liver function before and after treatment were monitored. RESULTS The curative effects of patients in treat- ment groups were all better than those in control group （P〈0. 01） . The curative effects of patients in group B and D were bet ter than that in group A （P〈0. 05） . The curative effect of patients in group E was better than that in group B （P〈0.05） . There was no clear difference between the curative effect of patients in group A and that in group C, as well as between the curative effect of patients in group E and that in group F （P〉0. 05） . CONCLUSION Reduced glutathione tablets used to treat chronic hepatitis B can lead to good curative effect. Reduced gtutathione tablets of little dose （0.2g tid） have same curative effect with other drugs for hepatitis, such as Weigan Futai tablet.
