摘　　要：目的:对加替沙星和左氧氟沙星注射液的不良反应发生情况进行回顾性队列研究,重点观察两种药物给药前后患者血糖变化。方法:多中心,回顾性队列研究。结果:应用加替沙星和左氧氟沙星的患者均无严重不良反应记录;与左氧氟沙星相比,加替沙星致血糖升高,血糖降低,血糖紊乱的发生率显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:临床医生在应用加替沙星时应密切监控血糖的变化。Objective： To investigate the adverse drug reaction （ADR） of gatifloxacin and levofloxacin through the retrospective cohort study, and especially observe the fluctuation of blood glucose befere the medication. Method： A multi-center and retrospective cohort study was carried out. Result： Neither gatifloxacin nor levofloxacin caused any serious ADR, but the percentage of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia in gatifloxacin was higher than that of levofloxacin. Conclusion： The blood glucose level should be monitored careflully when using gatifloxacin.
