摘  要:CuO/ZnO/Al2O3合成甲醇催化剂的制备方法吴晓晖刘金尧刘崇微朱起明(清华大学化学系一碳化工国家重点实验室,北京100084)何菲(天津大学化工系一碳化工国家重点实验室,天津300072)关键词氧化铜,氧化锌,氧化铝,超细粒子,草酸盐胶体...The different methods of preparation of CuO/ZnO/Al_2O_3 catalysts, including conventional carbonate co-precipitation (CCP), two-step method, supercritical drying with ethanol (SCDE) and gel-oxalate co-precipitation (GOCP) were studied. The properties and structure of catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, BET and XPS etc. The results indicated that the yield of methanol for the catalyst prepared by GOCP is obviously higher than others. Its yield reached 0.49 g/(g·h) in the conditions of 230℃, 2.0 MPa, and 6000 h-1. XRD results showed that the oxide state of the catalyst prepared by GOCP method includes CuO, ZnO and Cu_4O_3 phase which don′t appear in the other catalysts and may be favorable for the formation of catalytic active center. XRD results also showed that the catalyst made by SCDE method has Cu phase but no CuO or any Cu_xO_y phase. It is thought that owing to the reduction of CuO by ethanol to a body of metallic Cu, as a result, the number of catalytic active center decreases seriously.
