摘　　要：通过分月静态调节响应K系数对华东电网用年K系数CPS考核指标影响的对比分析,得出使用分月K系数既能体现电网运行的经济性,同时又能更公平、合理地反映和评价省市的联络线控制策略的结论,应用前景广阔。Influences of the yearly-adjusted frequency-response coefficient K and the monthly-adjusted one on CPS indices were compared, and the results showed that the monthly-adjusted frequency-response coefficient K could not only reflect the economy of grid operation, but could also reveal and evaluate the tie line control strategies more fairly and reasonably.
