含稀土钇耐高温堆焊焊条的研制和应用

摘　　要：研制出一种工艺性能良好的含稀土钇的堆焊焊条，对其堆焊层组织、结构、硬度、耐磨性进行较系统的试验研究，并介绍现场应用情况。适用于某些在高温状态使用的冶金工业设备零部件的堆焊修复。Yttrium contained hardfacing electrode with good process properties were made,and the structure,hardness and wear resistance in hardfacing layer were studied.The applications of hardfacing in the reparation of the parts of metallurgical equipment used at high temperature were also described.
