摘　　要：研究建立了基于过程后评价、效益后评价、影响后评价、持续性后评价的电网建设项目后评价指标体系,并针对指标间的相互影响和相互联系,通过比较分析,采用ANP法确定指标权重,然后用模糊综合评价法进行综合评价,最后通过算例验证本方法的有效性。A post-evaluation index system for grid construction projects was established with consideration of process post-evaluation, benefit post-evaluation, impact post-evaluation, and continuous post-evaluation. To deal with the interaction among indices, the ANP method was used to determine each index＇ s weight, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted for evaluation. The method was proved effective through an example.
