摘　　要：以东莞市民学习网为例,探讨公共图书馆在开展在线学习服务过程中关于定位、技术方法、标准规范、课程体系构建、活动组织策划等问题,并介绍东莞图书馆在相关问题上的解决办法和做法。Taking Dongguan citizen learning web for example, this paper discusses the orientation, technical support, standard specification, organization of courses, organization and planning of activities in the process of implementation of e - learning in public libraries, and introduces the solution and practices of Dongguan library in relevant issues.
