摘　　要：立足高校图书馆服务的一般特征,结合温州大学图书馆服务需求波动的统计分析,认为高校图书馆服务需求的波动性和供给的相对稳定性是导致图书馆服务供求难以均衡的根本原因,在此基础上提出高校图书馆服务均衡供求的对策。Based on the general characteristics of university library service, this paper combines the statistical analysis on the demand fluctuation of Wenzhou University library service and holds the opinion that the volatility of demand and the comparative stability of supply of university library service are the root cause for being difficult to balance the demand and supply of university library service. At last the paper puts forwards the countermeasures to the equilibium demand and supply of uiversity library service.
