协同浏览技术在图书馆用户教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：对用户教育的演变以及协同浏览的结构和实现方式进行了介绍,对AskAway实时参考咨询系统的协同浏览功能进行了个案研究,指出了其优于传统图书馆用户教育之处,并总结了影响协同浏览的主要因素。The paper introduces the development of user instruction, content and mode of Co- browsing. Then based on a study of Real - time reference system of Askaway, this paper points out the advantages of Co - browsing over traditional user instruction, puts forward the factors influencing the development of Co - browsing.
