摘  要:为了研究三聚磷酸钠的钙螯合力差异的影响因素,采用自指示沉淀滴定法测量三聚磷酸钠的钙螯合能力,分别考察了聚合温度、聚合时间、冷却速度、中和度对三聚磷酸钠的钙螯合能力的影响。结果表明,不同的产品,虽然其三聚磷酸钠质量分数都在95%左右,但其钙螯合力却有较明显的差异;聚合时间对三聚磷酸钠的钙螯合能力的影响最大,冷却速度的影响次之,中和度、温度的影响较小。In order to investigate influencing factors that making different of calcium ion chelating power in different products, self-indication volumetric precipitation method was employed to survey sodium tripolyphosphate's calcium chelating capacity. Influences of polymerization temperature, polymerization time, cooling rate , and neutralization degree on calcium chelating capacity of sodium tripolyphosphate were also studied. Results indicated that different products have obvious difference in aspect of calcium ion chelating power, though their mass fractions of sodium tripolypbosphate all reached about 95% ;polymerization time has the biggest inlfuence on sodium tripolyphosphate calcium chelating power, cooling rate was second influencing factor, and inlfuences of neutralization degree and polymerization temperature were less.
