摘  要:采用自制的瓦斯爆炸实验系统进行实验,将同一实验条件下施加纯细水雾时测定的爆炸下限值作为参照值进行比较,通过改变细水雾中添加剂的种类和浓度,研究细水雾中的添加剂对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响。实验表明:在细水雾中加入添加剂后,瓦斯爆炸浓度下限值有不同程度的升高;对于同一种添加剂,随着其浓度的增加,瓦斯爆炸下限先呈升高的趋势,而后趋近于稳定。该实验研究为采用细水雾技术防治矿井瓦斯提供了理论基础,具有一定的指导作用。Experiments were conducted by using self-made gas explosion experiment system,comparison was made by taking the explosive lower limit measured by applying pure water mist under the same experimental condition as the reference value,and study was made on the effect of the additives-contained water mist on the explosive lower limit of gas by changing the type and concentration of additives in water mist.Experiments indicated that the lower limit value of gas explosion raised to a different extent after adding additives in water mist,and for the same kind of additive,the lower limit of explosion first tended to rise and then to stability with the increase of the additive's concentration.This experimental study provided theoretical base for the use of water mist to prevent mine gas and has a practical meaning for mine gas prevention.
