摘　　要：新兴技术具有高度不确定性和"创造性毁灭"的典型特征。如何在高度不确定性的环境中制定战略,一直是战略管理理论的研究前沿。提高和保持新兴技术的战略柔性,是制定新兴技术战略时的首要选择和基本思路。结合新兴技术的特点,讨论了如何使新兴技术的战略更加具有柔性的基本思路,给出了若干具体的建议。There are two typical characteristics on emerging technologies： great uncertainty and ＂creative ruin＂. How to make the strategy in the environment of great uncertainty is always the academic research frontier for the area of strategic management. To keep strategic flexibility is the first choice and thought in making the strategy for emerging technologies. It is discussed how to make strategy having more flexibility for emerging technologies, and some operational suggests are presented according to the characteristics on emerging technologies in this paper.
