摘　　要：提出现代制造环境下的知识工作效率概念,从现代制造企业知识工作的工具、对象和认知心理学本质三方面对其进行定义,并阐述其本质属性、主体性、群体协同性和不确定性。提出现代制造环境下知识工作者认知模型。提出包含主体层次和知识工作类型两个维度的现代制造环境下知识工作效率的外延模型,并从知识工作类型维度阐述概念的外延。Presents the concept of knowledge work efficiency in the modern manufacturing context, gives a definition of it from the perspectives of tools, objects and cognitive psychology nature of knowledge work in modern manufacturing enterprises, and describes its essential nature, subjectivity, synergy and uncertainty.Proposes a cognitive model for knowledge workers in the modem manufacturing context, puts forward a denotation model of the concept containing two dimensionalities of subject and knowledge work type, and elaborates the denotation from the dimensionality of knowledge work type.
