摘　　要：目的从微炎症发病机制探讨中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的思路与方法。方法以CRF"毒损肾络"病机理论与微炎症发病机制的相关性为切入点,结合CRF微炎症状态的发生机制及其在CRF发生发展中的作用,并通过理解中医学"毒邪"与微炎症的关系及在CRF中作用的病机,探讨中医治疗CRF从毒邪立论的思路与方法。结果毒损肾络是CRF微炎症状态的病理基础,并贯穿CRF微炎症状态的始终。炎症因子的作用与中医学的"毒随邪生、变由毒起、毒损肾络"观点相一致。结论解毒通络、健脾补肾法重在保肾,清除毒素,可抑制炎症因子在CRF中的致病作用,值得深入研究。Objective： To discuss the thoughts and methods for TCM in the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF） according to the microinflammatory pathogenesis. Methods： Through out the relevance that pathogenesis of kidney collaterals impaired by toxin in CRF and the microinflammatory pathogenesis, connecting the microinflammatory pathogenesis in CRF with its role in happenness and development of CRF, understanding the relationship between toxin evil in TCM and the microinflammation and which pathogenesis in the role of CRF, in order to discuss the thoughts and methods for treatment of CRF by TCM. Results： The basic pathology of kidney collaterals impaired by toxin was microinflammation state, and all along of kidney collaterals impaired by toxin in CRF. The role of inflammatory cytokines and toxin follow evil to life, change from the toxin, kidney collaterals impaired by toxin in TCM share the same view. Conclusion： Resolve toxin and free the network vessels, fortify the spleen and supplemend the kidney, focusing on safeguarding kidney, removing toxins, can inhibit the role of inflammatory cytokines in CRF, which deserves further study.
