摘　　要：概括介绍了SIEMENS PCS7过程控制系统PID级联控制器在转炉干法除尘烟气冷却和回收系统中的应用,是对原有控制系统功能的完善,重点研究了在原有控制系统中加入模糊控制后对整个系统的影响。该项目的研究对改善系统的快速性、稳定性和控制精度,提高系统的抗干扰能力具有很大的现实意义。The paper described exploitation and application with SIEMENS PCS7 process control system PID series controller on converter gas dry-dedusting and recovery system. And it is the improvement and development to the function on the original control system. This paper researched the influence to the whole control system when added FUZZY control in the original system. The subject study has very important actual purpose to improve the rapidity, stability and control accuracy of the control system,and to increase the anti-interference ability of the system.
