摘　　要：国际金融秩序与国际金融体系关系密切。国际金融秩序的动荡和金融危机频发,其重要原因在于国际金融体系中的"三位一体"式结构。这种结构对国际金融秩序的影响,主要表现在霸权国从别国攫取利益、向世界转嫁危机,从而导致国际金融秩序的动荡和全球性金融危机的爆发。The international financial order and the chief reason why the international finance order is international financial system have a close relation. The turbulent and financial crisis frequently break out lies in the Trinity Structure of the international financial system. The influence of this structure on the interna- tional financial order mainly displays in the hegemony countries that seize benefit from other countries and pass on the world crisis to other countries, thus causes the turbulence of the international finance order and the eruption of the global financial crisis.
