摘　　要：新疆地处祖国西北边陲,油气资源丰富。在油气资源的开发中,如何处理资源开发与环境保护之间的关系,历来是一个至关重要的问题。近年来,油气资源的开发虽然极大地促进了新疆经济和社会的发展,但同时也带来了众多环境问题。合理开发油气资源,能更好地实现经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。Located on the northeast border of China, Xinjiang isabundant in oil and gas resources. How to balance the exploitation of resources and environmental protection has been a critically important issue for a long time. Though the resource exploitation in Xinjiang in recent years has greatly accelerated the economic and social development, more problems of environmental protection are bringing up at the same time. Only rational exploitation of oil and gas could realize the economic benefits and do good to the society and environment.
