摘 要:采用控制酯化率和非外加相转移催化剂在敞开体系中进行反应的方法合成月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(7)辛基磺基琥珀酸混合双酯钠。得到最佳工艺条件:n(月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(7))∶n(顺酐)为1.00∶1.10,于130℃下单酯化反应2.5h,得到产率为99.1%的单酯化产物。n(二乙基己醇)∶n(顺酐)为4.0∶1.0,于190℃下双酯化反应5.0h,得到产率为94.3%的双酯化产物。n(亚硫酸氢钠)∶n(顺酐)为1.10∶1.00,加热介质温度为200℃下磺化反应5h。并测定了产物的表面活性和应用性能。与磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐(快T)和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(7)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐进行性能对比。结果表明:耐硬水能力、分散力、钙皂分散性能和去油污性能较磺基琥珀酸二辛酯钠盐均得到了改善,并与月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚(7)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐相比,渗透性能得到较大的提高。Sodium lauryl polyoxyethene(7) octyl sulfosuccinate was synthesied by the method of controlling esterification rate and the methed of carring out sulfonation reaction in unclosed system without any extra phase transfer catlyst(PTC). The optium synthetic conditions were as follows. Esterfication of lauryl polyoxyethene(7) and maleic anhydride in mole ratio 1.00:1.10 at 130 ℃ for 2.5 h gave the monoester in 99.1% yield. Diesterfication was carried out at 190 ℃ for 5.0 h with hexanol [n(2-ethylhexanol):n(maleic anhydride)= 4.0] to form the diester in 94.3% yield. Sulfonation was carried out in a heating medium of 200 ℃ for 5h with sodium hydrosulfite[n(sodium hydrosulfite: n(maleic anhydride)= 1.10]. The optium synthetic conditions were obtaioned. Surface activites and the application property of products were tested. Compared with the traditional surface activites of sodium octyl sulfosuccinate and disodium lauryl polyoxyethene(7) sulfosuccinate. The results showed that hard water instance, dispersing power, limp soap dispersing power, de-oiling power and permeability of this new product are notably improved.
