摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了氮酮、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、噻酮、快速渗透剂T、SilwetL77等5种化学促渗剂对9种植物病原真菌的离体抗菌活性及其对杀菌剂毒力的影响。结果表明部分促渗剂表现出较好的直接抗菌活性,其中噻酮的作用谱最广、活性最高,对菌丝生长的EC50值在26.41 ̄108.63mg/L之间,而氮酮对大多数病菌均无明显的抑菌活性;促渗剂对杀菌剂的离体抗菌活性大多无显著影响,但部分组合也表现出增效或拮抗作用,这取决于促渗剂、杀菌剂、病原菌等的种类。Antifungal activity of 5 chemical penetration enhancers, azone, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, thiazone, rapid panetrant T and Silwet L77 on 9 plant pathogens, as well as their effect on the toxicity of fungicide were determined by mycelial lineal growth method in vitro. The results indicated that some penetration enhancers have relative high antifungal activity, and thiazone has the broadest spectrum and the highest activity on 9 fungi, EC50 values for mycelial growth ranged from 26.41 to 108.63 mg/L, while azone with very low activity on most of tested pathogens. The penetration enhancers have little effect on the antifungal activity of most fungicides, but some combinations have synergistic or antagonistic effect, which determined by the penetration enhancer, fungicide and fungus.
