3,5-二溴-4-氨基苯基荧光酮荧光熄灭法测定纯铅中微量铟的研究

摘　　要：详细研究了在阳离子表面活性剂ＣＴＭＡＢ存在下，３，５－二溴－４－氨基苯基荧光酮（ＤＢＡＰＦ）与铟形成络合物荧光熄灭法测定微量铟的实验条件。在ｐＨ６．２的ＨＡｃ～ＮａＡｃ缓冲溶液中，当激发波长λｅｘ＝５２３ｎｍ，荧光发射波长λｅｍ＝５５２ｎｍ时，铟含量在０～３００μｇ／Ｌ范围内与体系的荧光熄灭程度成线性关系；检测限为１．７×１０－５ｇ／ｌ，试验了十多种离子干扰情况，选择性较好；已用于分析纯铅中微量铟的测定。A new and sensitive fluorescencequenching method for the determination of trace indium has been developed.It is based on the reaction of In3+ with DBAPF in the presence of the cationic furfactant CTMAB and HAcNaAc buffer solution.The maxinum excitation and emission wavelength is 523nm and 552nm.The linear range of In(Ⅲ) is 0～300μg/L.The detection limit of In(Ⅲ) is 1.7×10-5g/L.This method has been applied to determine trace Indium in pure agent lead with satisfactory results.
