摘 要:采用色质联用技术分析先锋褐煤在焦炉气气氛下热解油品的组成及其相对含量,主要考察了不同热解压力和升温速率对油品组成的影响并与相当氢分压下的加氢热解油品分析结果比较。结果表明,煤焦炉气共热解焦油中含有非常丰富的苯、甲苯、二甲苯(BTX),酚、甲酚、二甲酚(PCX)以及萘。热解压力和升温速率对油品的组成及其相对含量有较大的影响。在实验条件下,压力升高和升温速率降低均有利于焦油中BTX、PCX和萘实际收率的增加,从而增加焦油中的轻质组分。与相当氢分压(3MPa)下的加氢热解相比,煤焦炉气共热解焦油总收率增加约1.2倍,焦油中BTX收率增加约1.6倍(其中苯增加约2.4倍),PCX增加约1.3倍,萘增加约1.6倍,而且相同总压(均为3MPa)下的煤焦炉气共热解焦油中BTX和萘的收率能与加氢热解相当。说明与相当氢分压下的加氢热解相比。Tars from copyrolysis of Xianfeng lignite with cokeoven gas (COG) at different pressure (0 1 ̄5MPa) and heating rates (5 ̄25℃/min) to a final temperature 650℃ were analyzed and compared with hydropyrolysis under the same H 2 partial pressure The results indicated that high contents of BTX, PCX and naph were found in the tar from copyrolysis of Xianfeng lignite with COG Pressure and heating rate have important effects on tar yields and the contents of BTX, PCX and naph in oil Increasing pressure and decreaing heating rate the enhance the tar yields and result in high yields of BTX and PCX Compared with hydropyrolysis under the same H 2 partial pressure, the tar yield increases by 1 2 times and the yields of BTX, PCX and naph by about 1 6, 1 3 and 1 6 times, respectively At the same total pressure (3MPa), the yields of BTX and naph from the copyrolysis are equal to those from hydropyrolysis The results reveal that other components in COG, such as methane, carbon monoxide etc, are of importance for pyrolysis behavior of coal under COG and improvement of oil qualities
