摘　　要：通过山东大学合校以来采购工作管理工作的实践,浅析对仪器设备采购管理的认识,阐述仪器设备采购携程化管理。This paper analyzed the carrying through management of purchasing instruments and equipment during three periods of time based on the purchase management of practice since the merger of Shandong University.
