摘　　要：均匀设计法研究溴代硝基甲烷的合成工艺袁军罗湘华向建敏（武汉化工学院精细化工系４３００７４）关键词均匀设计回归分析溴代硝基甲烷合成中图分类号Ｏ６２３．７１１溴代硝基甲烷是合成广谱抗菌剂２－溴－２－硝基－１，３丙二醇的重要的中间体［１］。在国外有过其合成...The optimum synthetic condition of bromonitromethane has been investigated by using homogeneous design and square regression analysis.It has been found that the expected yield could be reach 93.07%, while the weight concentration of aqueous sodium solution,the mole ratio of NaOH and CH 3NO 2,the reaction temperature of salt of nitromethane and bromination temperature are respectively 20%,1.1,1,0-5℃,10-20℃.The yield has been proved to be 92.4% by our experiments.
