摘　　要：建筑设备监控系统(BAS)是智能楼宇的重要组成部分,与之相关的技能是楼宇智能化专业的教学重点,因此,建设BAS综合实训室具有重要意义。BAS实训室的规划设计包括需求分析、现有基础分析、建设目的和功能、软硬件规划设计等方面。该项目的建设内容包括对建筑设备实施监控的BAS和作为受控对象的建筑设备。BAS （Building Automation Systems） is a critical part of intelligence buildings. The professional skill related to BAS is the teaching emphasis in the building intelligence major. So, BAS comprehensive training room construction has important significance for the building intelligence major. The planning design of the training room includes the re- quirement analysis, the present fundamental analysis, the constructive aim and function, software/hardware design and other contents. The construction contains BAS controlling building services and building services controlled by BAS.
