甘蓝型油菜隐性上位互作核不育材料的选育

摘　　要：2004年在陕西省区域试验编号为"8"的甘蓝型油菜材料中发现的白花突变体,自交后代发生育性分离。该材料为安徽省农科院选育的隐性上位互作核不育材料的衍生材料,育性受2对隐性重叠不育基因(ms1ms1ms2ms2)和1对隐性抑制基因(rfrf)互作控制。经过5年研究,已初步选育出4个纯合两型系,1个临时保持系,1个全不育系以及16个恢复系。此类核不育材料能利用临时保持系实现"三系化"繁殖杂交种,被国内油菜育种工作者广泛研究。In 2004,the material No.8 in Shaanxi province regional trial have mutated a white single mutation.Then it manifested the separation of fertility after self-crossed.This material is the derivation of the three recessive genic male sterile line bred by Anhui Agricultural Sciences Institute.The sterile was controlled by two paris of recessive duplicate genes（ms1ms1ms2ms2）and one pair of recessive inhibited genes（rfrf）.After 5 year research,we have preliminary bred 4 duplicate two-type line,1 temporary maintainer line,1 fully sterile line,and 16 restores lines.This kind of genic male sterile line can use temporary maintainer line to realize ＂three lines＂ breeding hybrid,so that many rape breeding workers study much on it.
