摘 要:在新疆石河子垦区采集3组棉花健康植株与黄萎病发病植株根际土样,研究其微生物数量、土壤养分、土壤酶等微生物生态特征与棉花黄萎病发病之间关系。结果表明:①发病株根际土壤微生物总量均大于健康株根际土壤微生物总量,且微生物总数和细菌数量与土壤有机质呈显著正相关;②发病株根际土壤真菌数量均大于健康株;③健康株和发病株根际土壤养分和土壤酶活性的变化没有明显规律性。研究表明棉花黄萎病病株根际土壤微生物群落结构的变化,特别是真菌数量的大幅度增加,是棉花黄萎病发病最明显的特征。Three groups of rhizosphere soil samples of healthy and infected by Verticillium wilt cotton plants were collected from Shihezi cultivated area in Xinjiang,and numbers of microbe,soil nutrients and soil enzymes were measured.The results showed that: ①the total rhizosphere soil microbial of infected by Verticillium wilt cotton plants were higher than healthy plants,and the total microbes and bacteria were extremely significant positively correlation with OM,②the sum of fungi of infected by Verticillium wilt cotton plants were higher than healthy plants,③changes of soil nutrients and soil enzymes were not obviously regularity.The study showed that the change of rhizosphere soil microbial community structure of infected by Verticillium wilt cotton plants was the most significant characteristic,especially to increase of the sum of fungi.
