七味咽炎合剂的制备及临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究七味咽炎合剂的制备方法及质量控制,并对处方进行分析。方法:根据发病机理,设计七味咽炎合剂的处方,制定制备工艺和质量控制标准,并作出处方综合性评价。结果:七味咽炎合剂治疗咽炎的总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为94.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:本制剂处方合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠,临床疗效确切。Objective： Study the preparation of Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture and quality control, and Analysis of its Prescription. Methods： AccOrding to be taken bad mechanism, Design Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture of prescription, Craft and quality of the establishment making eontrel standard, and make Comprehensive evaluation of Prescription. Results： Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture treatment to swallow burning total and efficient is 100%, while the general effeetiveness ration of control group is 94.5 %, The effect of treatment group was better than the control. There was significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The recipe of the preparation is reasonable, The emulsion is feasible in preparation method and eontrollable in quality, Clinieal the curative effect be accurate.
