七味咽炎合剂的制备及临床疗效观察

摘  要:目的:研究七味咽炎合剂的制备方法及质量控制,并对处方进行分析。方法:根据发病机理,设计七味咽炎合剂的处方,制定制备工艺和质量控制标准,并作出处方综合性评价。结果:七味咽炎合剂治疗咽炎的总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为94.5%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:本制剂处方合理,制备方法可行,质量控制方法可靠,临床疗效确切。Objective: Study the preparation of Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture and quality control, and Analysis of its Prescription. Methods: AccOrding to be taken bad mechanism, Design Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture of prescription, Craft and quality of the establishment making eontrel standard, and make Comprehensive evaluation of Prescription. Results: Qiwei Pharyngitis Mixture treatment to swallow burning total and efficient is 100%, while the general effeetiveness ration of control group is 94.5 %, The effect of treatment group was better than the control. There was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : The recipe of the preparation is reasonable, The emulsion is feasible in preparation method and eontrollable in quality, Clinieal the curative effect be accurate.
