摘  要:分析了不同烘烤装置和烘烤方法对浸入式水口预热的影响,运用有限元技术对浸入式水口抽风式预热烘烤的瞬态传热过程进行了研究,得出了水口预热后的温度场云图和水口关键点的温度。研究表明,当烘烤装置取小型尺寸,抽风口处于高位,加大抽风流量,中间包加热30min后打开塞棒,能有效提高浸入式水口预热温度。The present paper analyzes the effects and preheating method on the preheating of the of factors such as the preheating clevice submerged entry nozzle and studies the transient heat transfer process in preheating the submerged entry nozzle using the finite element technique and acquires the distribution of the temperature field and the temperature of the key points of the nozzle after preheating of the nozzle. Results indicate that the preheating temperature of the nozzle neck can be increased by adopting the smaller size of preheating device, placing the fan system in a higher position, enlarging the evacuating flux and opening the plug after preheating the tundish for 30 minutes.
