摘 要:为改善球团矿的冶金性能,在实验室进行了添加富含MgO物料以提高球团矿MgO含量的试验。不同球团矿试样中m(MgO)/m(SiO2)比值分别为0.09、0.16、0.25、0.34,对其成球性能、生球质量、成品球抗压强度等做了试验。结果表明:添加轻烧氧化镁以提高球团矿中MgO的含量,对球团矿的成球性能、生球质量有有利影响,但在相同的焙烧条件下,会对抗压强度带来不利影响。In order add MgO-enriched m(MgO) /m( SiO2 ) to improve the material into metallurgical performance pellet were made in the of pellet, experiments to laboratory. The ratios of for different pellet samples were 0. 09, 0. 16, 0. 25, 0. 34, respectively. The pelletizing ability and quality of green ball and the compression strength of pellet were tested. The results showed that the increase of MgO content in pellet by adding light burning magnesia brought about beneficial effects on the pelletizing ability and green ball quality. However, in the same roasting conditions, this operation resulted in negative effects on the compression strength of pellet.
