摘  要:目的建立光合细菌转化复方决明子口服液中游离蒽醌和结合蒽醌的含量测定方法。方法用醋酸镁甲醇显色,以大黄酚为对照品,采用紫外可见分光光度法在所选最大吸收波长510nm处测定光合细菌转化复方决明子口服液中蒽醌类成分的含量。结果在2-12μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.0579C+0.0424,r=0.9997;游离蒽醌平均回收率97.8%,RSD=2.4%。结论该紫外可见分光光度法简便、准确,可用于光合细菌转化复方决明子口服液中蒽醌类成分的含量测定。Objective To establish a content determination method of free anthraquinone and conjugated anthraquinone in compound cassia seed oral solution transformed by photosynthetic bacteria. Methods With magnesium acetate as color developing reagent and chrysophanol as reference substance,the content of anthraquinones in compound cassia seed oral solution transformed by photosynthetic bacteria was determined at the maximum absorption wavelength of 510 nm by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Results The linear correlation was good in the range of 2-12 μg/ml,and the regression equation was A=0.057 9C+0.042 4(r=0.999 7).The average reco-very of free anthraquinone was 97.8% with RSD 2.4%(n=6). Conclusion The UV-Vis spectrophotometry is simple,accurate and suitable for determining the content of anthraquinones in compound cassia seed oral solution transformed by photosynthetic bacteria.
