摘　　要：目的采用常规免疫接种报告、小样本抽样调查、用建卡率估算实际接种率、以计算R比值、D差值评价常规报表中的数据进行综合评估由于社会经济的发展。方法通过计算接种率的R比值、D差值,利用逻辑对比关系,推算报告接种率的真实性、可靠性。结果我市报告接种率虽然很高,但资料质量较差,大部分地区存在逻辑性错误。估计接种率低于报告接种率,我市2007年四种疫苗的实际接种率大约在90%左右。结论通过对常规免疫接种率报告的分析,有助于发现免疫接种中存在的问题,提高报表质量,使之得到纠正。Objective The goal uses the routine immunization vaccination report, the small sample sample investigation, with constructs the card rate estimate actual vaccination coverage, calculates the R ratio, in the D interpolation appraisal convention report form data carries on the overall assessment as a result of the social economy development. Methods Through the computation vaccination coverage R ratio, the D interpolation, the use logic contrast relations, calculated reports the vaccination coverage the authenticity, the reliability. Results city report vaccination coverage although very high, but the material quality is bad, the majority of local existence logic is wrong. The estimate vaocination coverage is lower than the report vaccination coverage, my city in 2007 four kind of vaccine actual vaccination coverages approximately about 90%. Conclusion Through to the routine immunization vaccination coverage report analysis, is helpful the question which exists in the discovery immunity vaccination, improves the report form quality, enable it to obtain the correction.
