摘　　要：目的综合评价德宏州实施强化免疫项目16年消灭脊髓灰质炎的防治效果。方法采用脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗糖丸,对相对人群在基础免疫的基础上实施强化免疫;建立敏感的AFP监测系统,监测AFP病例;统计分析防治措施及效果。结果1993～2008年全州儿童基础免疫应服脊灰疫苗228578人次,实服苗216236人次,服苗率94.6%;强化和扫荡免疫登记儿童2059725人次,实服苗儿童1970553人次,服苗率95.67%,接种流动儿童128617人次,其中零剂次儿童38868人次;监测发现AFP175例,年均发病率1.15/10万,合格粪便标本采集率93.14%,送检率94.29%,检验结果均为非脊灰病例,1990年后未发生脊灰病例。结论德宏州实施脊灰强化免疫策略后,在相对人群中建立了牢固的免疫屏障,AFP监测系统敏感,连续十九年保持了无脊灰状态,达到了项目的预期效果。Objective to make a comprehensive and overall assessment of the effect of strengthening immunization and eradicating poliomyelitis in Dehong Prefecture in the past 16 years. Methods monitoring the state of active vaccine in the poliomyelitis; strengthening immunization on the people who are fundamentally immune; establishing a sensitive monitoring system in order to systematically monitor AFP cases; counting up and analyzing prevention measures and prevention effect. Results during 1993 and 2008 among the 228578 children to take poliomyelitis vaccines, 94. 6% of them, i.e. 216236 children did; registered 2059725 children to strengthen immunization, and among them 1970553 children did, coming up to 95.67% ; helped 128617 children with vaccine from the local area and 38868 children from other areas and foreigneountries; monitored and found 175 AFP cases, which was 1.15 out of 10000 each year. ; eotleetedordure pellet of 93.14 % of the targeted people and 94. 29% were examined, showing no poliomyelitis cases since the year 1990; Conclusion under the policy of strengthening immunization and eradicating poliomyelitis in Dehong Prefecture, there has been a strong protection from poliomyelitis; AFP monitoring system is so sensitive and effective that no poliomyelitis cases has occurred with 19 years, which meets the expectation of the project.
