医务人员手卫生监测与二次供水关系的分析

摘　　要：目的为了解医疗单位医务人员手卫生消毒与二次供水关系,进一步加强医院消毒与供水管理。方法根据GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果评价方法与标准》和GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》及《生活饮用水规范》(2006)进行。结果各种监测对象合格率分别为:医生手为83.10%;护士手为96.23%;二次供水为58.46%。而且绝大部分医务人员手细菌超标的,其单位水细菌总数也超标。结论广州市属医院手卫生消毒质量整体较好,但应加强重点科室和二次供水等管理工作。Objective To understand the relationship between sterilization of medical staff hands and sanitation of second - order water supply and to strengthen the management of hospital sterilization and water supply. Methods The sanitation - monitoring was performed according to GB15981 - 1995 evaluating method and standard of sterilization effectiveness, GB15982 - 1995 sanitation standare of hospital sterilization and standard of living and drinking water （2006） Results Qualification rate of doctors＇hands, nurses＇hands and second - order water supply were 83. 10%, 96. 23% and 58.46% respectively. Hospitals with most medical staff hands disqualification in general bacterial population presented the same situ- ation with their water supply. Conclusion Sterilization - quality of medical staff hands in most hospitals of Guangzhou was good, but the management of key departments and second - order water supply should be strengthened.
