摘　　要：建立和完善新型农村合作医疗制度是我国社会主义新农村建设的重要任务之一,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义。本文从新型农村合作医疗制度的立法必要性和可能性进行分析,提出了新型农村合作医疗制度的立法路径选择,应当建立一个多层次、多类型、统一的法律体系。Establishing and perfecting the new pattern rural cooperative medical system not only was one of the important tasks on new rural construction of socialism in China, but also was the essence of the construction on harmonious society of socialism. This article had analyzed and discussed the necessity and feasibility on new pattern rural cooperative medical system, and proposed the path choice of legislation on new pattern rural cooperative medical system, which should be a multiple-echelon, several kinds and united legal institntion.
