高效液相色谱法测定嘎日迪—5味丸中绿原酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定蒙药嘎日迪—5味丸中绿原酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法.方法:用ODS C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—水—冰醋酸(11.5:88.5:2),检测波长318nm,流速为1ml/min.以外标法测定了嘎日迪—5味丸中绿原酸的含量.结果:绿原酸在4.5～22.5μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率为98.1%,RSD=2.2%(n=5).结论:本法简便,可靠,可作为蒙药嘎日迪—5味丸的含量测定方法.Objective：To find out the optimal detection conditions for the determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Mongolian medicine Garidi-5 Pills by HPLC.Methods：ODS C18 was taken as chromatographic column.The mobile phase was methyl-water-glacial acetic acid（ll.5： 88.5： 2） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the wavelength of detection was set at 318nm.Resuits： The linear relation was shown at 4.5-22.5 μg/ml.The average recovery and relative deviation were 98.1% and 2.2% respectively（n=5）.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate, and can be used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Mongolian medicine Garidi-5 Pills.
