异位妊娠156例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨防治异位妊娠的有效方法,减少其诱发因素发生,降低其发生率,提高其诊治率.方法:采用回顾分析方法对156例异位妊娠进行分析.结果:诊断100%,手术治疗146例,治愈率达100%,其中腹腔镜手术126例,占86.7%.药物保守治疗17例,治愈10例,7例失败行手术治疗而治愈,药物治愈率达58.8%.结论:及时正确诊治异位妊娠,大大的提高了孕妇的生命安全.Objective：To study the effective effective method to reduce its incidence Analyzing the diagnosis and treatment of 156 therapy for heterotopic pregnancy and find out the and improve its diagnosis and treatment.Methods： cases of heterotopic pregnancy retrospectively.Results： All cases were diagnosed correctly.146 cases were treated with the operation and curative rate was 100%.Among them 126 cases （86.7%） were treated with laparoscopic surgery.17 cases were treated with conservative treatment with medicine and 10 cases were cured.7 cases failed to response to this method and were treated with the operation.Curative rate of drug therapy was 58.8%. Conclusion：The timely and correct diagnosis and treatment for heteroscopic pregnancy can improve life security of pregnant woman.
