摘　　要：目的:探讨断肢再植术的处理方法,分析断肢再植术的失败原因,提高断肢再植成活率及患肢功能.方法:对30例四肢离断伤的致伤原因、伤情、离断至吻合时间、手术技术及术后功能恢复进行分析研究.结果:再植的成功与否及功能恢复的优良与分析研究的因素关系密切.结论:严格掌握再植的适应证及禁忌证,再植时限的把握,术中的操作,早期功能锻炼的时限等是提高断肢再植成活率和功能恢复的关键.Objective：To discuss the operative technique for limb replantation and analyze the causes for its failure to improve the survival rate and function of dismembered limb.Methods： Analyzing traumatogenic causes,wound conditions,the interval between dismemberment and replantation,operative technique and postoperative recovery of function of 30 cases of dismembered limbs.Results：The success of limb replantation and functional recovery of dismembered limb were closely related to analyzed factors.Conclusion：The indications and contraindications for limb replantation should be kept in mind by doctors.The interval between dismemberment and replantation,intraoperative technique and the time for dirigation are the keys to the survival rate and functional recovery of dismembered limb.
