强直性脊柱炎患者CD25和Survivin表达的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者T细胞活化的研究以初步探讨凋亡途径survivin在其发病过程中的机制，并揭示其由于T细胞活化而引起的免疫状态的改变.方法以流式细胞术研究初诊AS患者33例和20例正常对照组样本，分析survivin和CD25在两组之间的差异.结果AS患者淋巴细胞CD25表达为（12．87±5．53）%，而正常对照组CD25表达为（2．11±0．47）%，两者比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学显著性意义.同时AS患者淋巴细胞survivin表达为（3．49±2．38）%，而正常对照组为（0．93±0．65）%，两者比较P〈0．05，差异有统计学显著性意义.结论AS患者淋巴细胞CD25和survivin表达较正常对照组明显增高，表明AS患者淋巴细胞处于高度活化状态，活化的T细胞在AS的病理损伤中起重要作用，可能导致其免疫机能的紊乱.通过AS患者T细胞活化CD25和survivin表达的研究，初步揭示淋巴细胞活化和survivin在AS发病中的机制，为在AS应用抗淋巴细胞凋亡等免疫治疗提供了实验依据.Objective To observe the T-cell activation and the mechanism of apoptosis pathway survivin in AS patients and reveal the alteration of immune state on account of T-cell activation. Methods Research 33 AS patients preliminarily diagnosed and 20 healthy subjects by FCM and analyze the difference between survivln and CD25. Results The CD25 levels on lymphocytes of AS group and healthy control group were （12.87±5.53）%, （2.11±0. 47）% respectively. Meanwhile the survivin levels were （3.49±2.38）%, （0.93±0. 65）% respectively. There were both statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The significant increase of CD25 and survivin indicates that in AS patients the lymphocytes are in high actived state. Active T-cells play an important role in the pathological injuries ,and induce the abnormal function of immunity. Research about the expression of T-cell active marker CD25 and survivin in AS patients not only initially indicated the mechanism of lymphocytes activation and survivin in AS development, but also provided experimental evidence for AS immunotherapy including anti-lymphoeytes apoptosis.
