摘　　要：目的调查北京地区健康人血浆胱抑素C（Cystatin C，Cys—C）水平，建立实验室诊断参考范围。方法844例北京地区健康人为研究对象，男413例、女431例。按年龄分为2～20，21～30，31～40，41～50，51～60，61～70，〉70岁共7组。用免疫比浊法、全自动生化分析仪测定。结果844例北京地区健康人不同年龄段Cys—C水平不呈正态分布，差异有统计学显著性意义（男性：P=0．022，〈0．05；女性：P=0．000，〈0．01）。男、女性两组均值水平差异也有统计学显著性意义（P=0．000，〈0．01）。Cys—C水平的总体趋势，2～50岁组比较接近，50岁以上组变化明显。北京地区健康人Cys—C参考范围：总体样本0．39～0．99mg／L（男、女分别为0．42～0．99mg／L，0．37～0．99mg／L）。2～50岁年龄组男0．39～0．79mg／L，女性0．30～0．70mg／L；〉50岁组，男0．48～1．04mg／L，女0．42～0．98mg／L。结论Cys—C的参考范围在不同人群中是不一致的，在临床上评价肾小球滤过率应建立适宜的参考范围。Objective To determine reference intervals for cystatin C（Cys-C） in healthy people in Beijing and establish the diagnostic reference value. Methods 844 cases of healthy volunteer in Beijing served as subjects,including 413 males and 431 females. They were divided seven groups by age,2-20,21-30,31-40,41-50,51-60,61-70,and -70 years old. Cys-C concentration was determined by particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay （PETIA） with automatic biochemical analyzer. Results 95% reference intervals for Cys-C were 0. 42-0. 99 mg/L in men and 0. 37-0.99 mg/L in women. A common reference interval in women and men were calculated to be 0. 39-0. 99 mg/L. For significant difference was observed according to gender and age,reference intervals of Cys-C should be established separately. In 2 to 50 years of age, they were 0.39-0. 79 mg/L in men and 0. 30-0. 70 mg/L in women. And over 50 years of age,they were 0. 48-1.04 mg/L in men and 0. 42-0. 98 mg/L in women. Conclusion Cys-C reference intervals are not consistent among different populations. Appropriate reference intervals will be useful in the clinical evaluation of glomerular filtration rate （GFR）.
