深圳市正常成人血液锌原卟啉水平测定及其临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市正常成人血液锌原卟啉（ZPP）水平，建立ZPP参考范围及探讨其在临床上的应用价值。方法采用国产ZPP-3800型血液锌原卟啉测定仪，测定ZPP含量。用全自动血细胞分析仪，测定血红蛋白（Hb）含量。结果男女ZPP含量分（x±s，umol／L）别为0．48±0．23，0．46±0．24，合计为0．48±0．23。性别之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在各种贫血疾病中，缺铁性贫血（IDA）ZPP含量最高，为3．32±1．85umol／L，是正常人的6．9倍，而且ZPP与Hb呈高度负相关（P〈0．01），其它各组ZPP与Hb相关无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论所得正常人ZPP含量低于文献报道，这可能与地区环境和生活水平有关。在各种贫血疾病早期诊断、分型诊断及鉴别诊断中，ZPP都是最理想最敏感的检测指标，当ZPP〉0．784umol／L（ZPP〉3．5ug/g Hb）时，即可作为IDA诊断指标之一。Objective To understand the Zinc protoporphrin of blood （ZPP） of the Shenzhen normal adult,to establish the range of ZPP reference and to discuss its clinical value. Methods The content of ZPP was measured by domestic ZPP-3800 blood ZPP detecter. Using automatic blood analyzer to measure the content of hemoglobin. Results The content of men and women were 0.48 - 0. 23umol/L, 0. 46±0.24umol/L,count was 0.48 ± 0. 23umol/L,and there was no significant sex differences （P〉0.05）. The content of Iron deficiency anemia （IDA） ZPP was the highest in various anaemia diseases ,and it was 3.32± 1.85umol/L,which was the 6.9 times of normal adult,ZPP and Hb showed a high degree of negative correlation（P〈0.01） ,ZPP of other groups with Hb had no significant associated（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The content which was measured is less than reported in literature. This may be related to the local environment and the standard of living. All kinds of anemia in early diagnosis of disease, type diagnosis and differential diagnosis,ZPP is the best indicators of the most sensitive detection. When ZPP〉0. 784umol/L（ZPP〉3.5ug/g Hb）,can he diagnosed as IDA one of the indicators.
