摘　　要：目的做好病案基础工作,保证病案利用顺利进行。方法对病案利用与病案基础工作、安全保护、内容保密的关系进行了辨证思考,提出相应的措施。结果做好病案基础工作,是提高病案利用的基础。结论利用哲学原理解决病案基础工作与利用的矛盾,是提高病案管理质量的根本途径。objective To do a good basic work of medical records and ensure its utilization. Methods Having dialectical thinking and giving suggestions on the utilization, basis, safety and confidentiality of the medical records. Result A good basis of work can improve the utilization of medical records. Conclusion The fundamental way to improve the quality of medical records management is to use the principle of philosophy to solve the contradiction between the basic work and utilization of medical records.
