摘 要:针对电池电压无线电和红外非接触测试系统存在的体积大、采样频率低、标定困难、抗冲击能力差等问题,探讨了一种基于新型低功耗单片机的微型弹载引信电池存储测试技术。它利用单片机内置的多种资源,解决了系统微型化的关键问题;采用智能电源管理使系统具有极低功耗;通过模拟高冲击环境验证了系统的可靠性。基于该技术的引信电池测试仪实现了弹载状态下的各种环境试验及实弹测试,并成功获取了小口径实弹试验相关参数。与其他测试方法相比,具有可靠性高、高信噪比等优点。In view of the problems such as big volume,low sampling frequency,complicated calibration and poor anti-impact capability of radio telemetry and non-contact measurement systems for fuze batteries,a new microsystem of projectile-borne storage measurement based on a low power microcontroller is presented,which realizes system miniaturization with multiple resources on chip and low power consumption by smart power management.The system reliability is verified in simulated high-impact environment.The given battery measurement system are tested with various environmental tests and live-firing test in projectile-borne state,and the live-firing parameters of small-caliber projectiles are determined successfully.Compared to other battery testing methods,the given method features higher reliability and higher signal-to-noise ratio.
