摘 要:[目的]研究天然花卉乙醇提取物的紫外吸收特点,并从多种花卉的复合配比中寻找防晒用品的最佳添加剂。[方法]用乙醇对玫瑰、牡丹、百合、桂花、玉蝴蝶等天然花卉进行提取,并优化选择出其最佳提取条件。[结果]各提取液的吸收峰大小为:水<20%乙醇<100%乙醇<40%乙醇<80%乙醇<60%乙醇。各提取温度的吸收峰高低为:70℃>80℃>90℃>60℃>50℃。提取0.5 h的提取液的吸收峰最小,提取2和4 h的提取液的吸收峰峰高非常接近。白玉兰、桂花、玉蝴蝶、七彩菊、金银花等天然花卉的紫外吸收范围比较宽,特别是白玉兰。复配防晒剂在UV-A和UV-B区都有较宽的吸收。[结论]天然植物防晒产品是有巨大市场需求和良好发展前景的新型防晒产品。[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the UV-adsorption characteristics of extracts extracted from natural flowers by ethanol and find the best additive for sunscreen products from compound matchings of many flowers. [ Method ] The natural flowers including rose, peony, lily, sweet osmanthus and Oroxyleum indicum were extracted by ethanol and the optimum extraction condition was chosen through optimal selection. [ Result] The adsorption peak areas of the extracts were as follows: water 〈20% ethanol 〈 100% ethanol 〈40% ethanol 〈 80% ethanol 〈60%ethanol. The adsorption peak heights of the extraction temperatures were as follows: 70 ℃ 〉80℃ 〉90 ℃〉60℃ 〉 50 ℃. The adsorption peak area of extracts extracted for 0. 5 h was smallest and that of extracts extracted for 2 and 4 h were very close. The UV-adsorption ranges of natural flowers including Magnolia denudata, sweet osmanthus, O. indicum, Helichrysum bracteatum and Flos lonicerae were relatively wide, especially for M. denudata. The compound sunsereen agent had relatively wide adsorption in beth the ranges of UV-A and UV-B. [ Conclusion ] The sunscreen products from natural plants were the new sunscreen products, which had great market demand and good development prospect.
