摘  要:[目的]为缩短枇杷繁育周期及利用转基因技术培育枇杷新品种奠定基础。[方法]以"冠玉"枇杷的种子、茎尖、幼嫩茎段为外植体进行无菌苗研究。[结果]种子萌发率高,可达100%。茎尖在培养基MS+6-BA1.2 mg/L+NAA0.6 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L上展叶最好。茎段在培养基MS+6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L上萌芽最好,萌芽率达68.9%,其次为MS+6-BA1.2 mg/L+NAA0.4 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L。茎段在培养基MS+6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+GA30.5 mg/L上诱导不定芽最好,其次为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.2 mg/L+GA30.2 mg/L。初代无菌苗在培养基MS+6-BA1.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L上增殖最好。[结论]培养基成分的调配对外植体的萌发、增殖有很大影响,尤其是激素浓度。[ Objective ] The aim was to lay a foundation for shortening the crossing-breeding period of loquat and breeding new loquat cuhivar by transgenie technology. [ Method ] With seeds, shoot-tips and tender stem-segments of Guanyu loquat as explants, the sterile seedlings were studied. [ Result] The germination rate of seeds, which could be up to 100%, was high. The ]eaves from shoot-tips expanded best on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.2 mg/L + NAA 0.6 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L. The stem-segment germinated best on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L, its germination rate reached 68.9% and that was secondary on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.2 mg/L + NAA 0.4 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L. The effect of inducing adventitious bud from stem-segment was best on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L + GA3 0.5 mg/L and that was secondary on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L + GA3 0.2 mg/L. The proliferation effect of initial sterile seedlings was best on the medium MS + 6-BA 1.5 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L. [Conclusion] The allocation of medium components had very great influences on the germination and proliferation of explants, especially for hormone concn.
